Does the Active X xtra come with Director MX for Mac? The trial version did not have it and I need it to access web pages within my program.
thanks

ActiveX only works on Windows-platforms. What do you want to access?

I have created a program for Windows that uses ActiveX web browser to pull in
various websites. I need this program to be compatible with the Mac and when I
opened my files on the Mac, it told me that ActiveX was not installed. My plan
to make this program hybrid is to simply create a Mac projector that accesses
the same files that the PC projector will access. How do I get around using
ActiveX so that the Mac doesn't give an error message. Also, how do I bring in
webpages into my Mac files if it is true that ActiveX is only PC. I thought I
read on Macromedia the xtras list and I thought it showed ActiveX as Mac and
PC... help!
