Best codec for Screen capture !!!

I want to make a screen capture and i have tried very codecs that I find them
BAAAAAAAAD. Very Bad !!

Does anyone know a good codec other than DivX ??? DivX is good only for Films.
I have a prog that make an AVI to Flash but I want to make the Avi first.

There is a codec that records the first picture and then only records changes
???

If it's moving screen stuff, I use Snag It! and capture to a full screen avi. Then I transcode this to Flash video using Flix Pro and bring the resulting Flash Video file into Director.

Camtasia Studio is another good choice. It even exports to Flash files that
are NOT Flash Video files. A good thing when you still have D8.5.1 as I do.
